La Boutique du Lac guarantees the best prices on the market. If you find the same product at a better price from a competitor, we will match the competitor's price.
Any price match request must comply with the following conditions:
- You must have in your possession proof of the lower price than that displayed in the store. By having this proof, La Boutique du Lac undertakes to reimburse you the difference in the form of store credit.
- Product parameters must be exactly the same (size, color, fabric, model, year, etc.).
- The competitor must be a company based in North America and be an authorized retailer of the product or brand.
- We must be able to validate the information with the competitor. Verbal agreements will not be considered.
- In the event of a price match, we will include all applicable additional costs from the competitor. For example, if a competitor offers their product at a price of $100, but also claims a delivery charge of $25, we will match the price at $125.
- Discount and/or liquidation sales, used products, demonstration models, unofficial websites and auction sites are excluded from our price match policy.
- Our price match policy is applicable to the prices of our competitors displayed both in store and online.
- Our price match policy cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
La Boutique du Lac reserves the right to limit the number of items that will benefit from the price match policy. The price to be matched must be current, we refuse to match obsolete prices or past promotions. In addition, the competitor's product must be available for immediate purchase, out-of-stock products will not be approved.
