INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until dissolved. Be specific, functionality depends on this ratio. The mixture is designed to be mixed with water with a calcium content < 40 mg/L. Higher levels can affect how it dissolves. Consume the sports drink a few minutes before, during and or directly after activity.

ENERGY AMOUNT
Studies have shown that our body can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One Drink Mix 320 sachet, mixed with 500 ml of water – contains 80 grams of carbohydrates.

HOW IT WORKS?
The Drink Mix 320 is based on hydrogel* technology. When mixed with water, you get a liquid carbohydrate sports drink with a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The sports drink instantly turns into a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel allows smooth transport of the drink from the stomach to the intestine where water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.
